Monongalia County School Days Off

The WVU Child Learning Center offers childcare to registered school-age children on Monongalia County School days off. This care is available from 6:30 am until 6:00 pm on those days. To pre-register for these services, you must complete this form.

Parents must commit to paying for all School days off in order to be guaranteed care on those days. Childcare may be available on a first come first serve basis on these days as space permits.

School Delay and Snow Day Care

The WVU Child Learning Center offers childcare to registered school-age children days that Monongalia County schools are delayed or cancelled due to Snow. This care is available from 6:30 am until 6:00 pm on those days. To pre-register for these services, you must complete this form.

Children who Attend Suncrest Primary and North Elementary Schools

Parents whose children attend Suncrest Primary and North Elementary Schools can take advantage of School Delay Care and Snow Day Care. Parents must commit to paying for all School Delays and Snow Days in order to be guaranteed care on those days.

Childcare may be available on a first come first serve basis on these days as space permits.

Children who attend Other Monongalia County Schools

Parents whose children attend other Monongalia County schools can take advantage of Snow Day Care. Parents must commit to paying for all Snow Days in order to be guaranteed care on those days.
