Pre-Enrollment
In order to enroll your child(ren), you must complete a Pre-Enrollment Application form and pay a registration fee of $25.00 per child.
Completed applications may be faxed to Hildebrandt’s home office at 570-675-8785 and payment of enrollment fees may be mailed to Hildebrandt Learning Centers, LLC, 60 Dorchester Drive, Dallas, PA 18612-1416.
Pre-Enrollment Applications will be dated and time stamped since enrollment will be first come, first serve.
Upon acceptance of your registration fee your child(ren) will be reserved a slot(s) at the WVU Child Learning Center or placed on the Waiting List if the room is enrolled to capacity. Once a slot has been reserved for your child, you will receive an offer of enrollment. Within 5 business days of receipt of that offer, you must pay the first week’s tuition in order to guarantee your child(ren)’s slot(s) in the CLC.
